How we work

With regard to our core business, on behalf of retained clients, we source large shops for sale, located within one hour's drive of London. These properties are then converted to smaller shops for rental on the commercial market.
In some cases we may develop upper floors for accommodation use.
Our other business is the purchase of properties for either conversion or development into separate apartments or HMO's depending on the property status.
Our client's are on the lookout for various properties for this form of development - and they can move quickly!

Our clients

Our clients are in a position to purchase quickly as the landlords we work with know that we complete as soon as possible, within very tight deadlines. As a result of this, our clients usually pay just under market value for a quick sale. We only source and confirm the property is suitable for your needs, we then pass details over to our associate in London who will undertake a purchase and construction as necessary.
